Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to partner with product, design, and engineering teams to shape high-quality software experiences. This role focuses on improving clarity, usability, and customer learning—particularly across AI-driven features—within construction technology products.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5+ years of content design or UX writing experience for software applications
- Proven experience designing user experiences and product content
- Robust collaboration skills across product, design,



and engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience reviewing and improving AI-generated content
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience within the AEC or construction technology industry
- Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools
- Background in help content, learning content, or enablement materials
