We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Clean exterior areas around facilities (entrances, vegetation, garbage) Demonstrated experience safely operating power tools, including portable pressure washers, for exterior surface and deep cleaning work Travel between multiple park locations following assigned routes Complete cleaning tasks according to scheduled frequencies Report damages, hazards,



or maintenance issues immediately Maintain daily records of completed work and site conditions Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly Maintain qualified conduct while working in public areas High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects Valid driver's license with Class 5 NB
