Key Responsibilities
Diagnose all systems including engine, fuel, electrical, driveline and hydraulic systems on all makes/models of tractor-trailers and mounted equipment Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on ALL makes/models of tractor-trailers and mounted equipment Complete all necessary paperwork accurately Perform CVIP Inspections, listing repairs and parts required Non related CVIP repairs Takes ownership of their jobs Conduct regular maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities Required

Qualifications:




Certified Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty On-Road/Off-Road/Oilfield Mechanic Dealership experience an asset, Cummins, CAT, Detroit, Paccar, IHC, Mercedes Class 1 driver’s license would be considered an asset but not required CVIP Certified Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy of all work orders, reports, etc. Positive approach to fix right the first time, true team player, NO bad habits Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance everyday Solid communication and organisational skills Willing and able to work overtime when asked
