We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior‑level product roles across North America, helping us build high‑performing teams that drive our product innovation. Lead and deliver a seamless recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing to closing to attract and secure top product talent. Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence. Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Promote and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights,



and product hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. 5+Years of proficient experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments. Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends. Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions. Knowledge of contemporary technical stacks, with a product focus.
