- 5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting. Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution is required. Active member in positive standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate. Must be able to work safely in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings, and to lift and carry items of up to approximately 10 kg (25 pounds). The incumbent must prioritize dedicated and focused time for planning and concentration.



Travel to other healthcare facilities within the SDO may be required. A valid class 5 Manitoba driver’s license and access to a personal motor vehicle is required.
