Administrative details

- Home office: Westmount
- Permanent full-time position (35 hours) daytime, Monday to Friday

A glimpse of your daily life:

- Maintain valuable communications with the client and the insurers;
- Identify and assess the risks and needs of your clients;
- Negotiate with different insurers on behalf of the client;
- Advise clients with passion on the products that are suited to their needs and present a quotation;
- Analyse financial information from insurers at renewal
- Provide the client with an unparalleled customer experience
- And through all this, you represent the Fort values

The experience we’re looking for:

- You hold a valid insurance of persons license with the AMF.
- You possess 5 years + of experience in Group Insurance.
- You have a perfect knowledge of French and English to advise our English-speaking customers and/or our international partners.
- You can quickly understand and analyze other people’s needs and propose solutions.




- You’re a pro at customer experience, offering courteous, efficient, quality service.
- You have a thirst for knowledge (you’re passionate!)
- You know how to organize your tasks and manage your priorities
