Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Admin Sales Assistant to join their team in Woodstock, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in internal sales and/or customer service, preferably within the hospitality, leather, or fabric industries. A Matric certificate is essential. The successful candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and strong administrative abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal sales and/or customer service, preferably within the hospitality, leather, or fabric industries.

- Matric certificate is essential.

DUTIES:





- Service and maintain the existing customer base.

- Increase repeat business from the active customer base.

- Re-engage inactive customers and convert them into active customers.

- Identify and source prospective customers to develop current business opportunities.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Complete all administrative tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

HOURS:

- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
