Chez TAS Techno Aero Services , nous recherchons un(e) Analyste d'affaires TI sénior – SAP RH / HCM pour rejoindre une organisation d'envergure évoluant dans un environnement industriel, technologique et hautement réglementé.

Vous intégrerez une équipe d'une dizaine de spécialistes SAP , dans un contexte stimulant de modernisation des systèmes d'information, avec notamment une migration vers SAP SuccessFactors à venir .

Ce rôle est avant tout fonctionnel et technique : nous recherchons une personne capable de prendre en charge l' analyse des besoins d'affaires, le conseil fonctionnel et la configuration des modules SAP HCM , tout en accompagnant l'évolution des processus RH, temps et paie.

Vos principales responsabilités

- Analyser et documenter les besoins d'affaires, fonctionnels et non fonctionnels liés aux solutions SAP RH.
- Assurer la configuration des modules SAP HCM : OM, PA, TM / Time Evaluation, CATS et PY .
- Intervenir sur les schémas Time Evaluation et paie, PCR, quotas, règles de calcul et paramètres RH .
- Investiguer les incidents, demandes d'évolution et changements fonctionnels.
- Participer aux ateliers de conception, analyses d'impact, spécifications fonctionnelles et tests intégrés.
- Accompagner les évolutions liées aux conventions collectives, primes, avantages sociaux et processus de paie .
- Collaborer avec les équipes SAP et les partenaires d'affaires pour améliorer les solutions existantes.
- Évoluer dans un environnement SAP ECC6 appelé à se transformer avec la future migration vers SuccessFactors .

Le profil recherché
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum en SAP RH / HCM , idéalement dans un environnement ECC6.
- Expérience concrète en analyse fonctionnelle ET configuration SAP HCM .
- Bonne maîtrise d'au moins 3 modules parmi OM, PA, TM, CATS et PY .
- Connaissance des schémas de temps/paie, PCR et règles de calcul .
- Bonne compréhension des processus RH, gestion du temps et paie.




- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et collaborative avec les équipes métiers et TI.
- Très bon français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais.

Senior IT Business Analyst – SAP HR / HCM | Functional Analysis & Configuration

TAS Techno Aero Services is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst – SAP HR / HCM to join a well-established organization operating in a complex, highly regulated industrial and technology environment.

You'll be joining a team of approximately 10 SAP specialists , contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and an exciting technology roadmap, including an upcoming migration to SAP SuccessFactors .

This is a truly hands-on functional role , combining business analysis, SAP HCM configuration and functional consulting .

We're looking for someone who enjoys translating business needs into effective SAP solutions while remaining directly involved in configuration, testing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business,



functional and non-functional requirements .
- Perform hands-on SAP HCM configuration across OM, PA, TM / Time Evaluation, CATS and PY modules .
- Work with Time Evaluation and Payroll schemas, PCRs, quotas and calculation rules .
- Investigate and resolve functional incidents, change requests and system enhancements.
- Develop functional specifications, perform impact analyses and support integration testing.
- Support HR and payroll changes involving collective agreements, premiums, benefits and time management rules .
- Collaborate closely with SAP specialists, IT teams and internal business stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in an SAP ECC6 environment , with an upcoming transition toward SuccessFactors .

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of SAP HR / HCM experience , preferably in an ECC6 environment.
- Strong background combining functional business analysis AND hands-on SAP HCM configuration .
- Practical experience with at least 3 modules among OM, PA, TM, CATS and PY .
- Knowledge of Time Evaluation / Payroll schemas, PCRs and calculation rules .
- Solid understanding of HR, time management and payroll business processes.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Strong French communication skills and good working knowledge of English.

Nice to have: experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defence or unionized environments; SAP SuccessFactors exposure or participation in HR transformation projects. Why Consider This Opportunity?
