Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated student athlete for a physical custodial position!

This position offers some flexibility, making it perfect for anyone looking to balance school or other commitments. In this role, you will manage the daily upkeep of shared common areas. All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways and stairwells) by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and dusting.
- Ensure trash and recycling areas remain clean and orderly.
- Report any property maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
- Must have accress reliable transportation.
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend throughout your shift.
