Support TD Canada Trust customers in St. Thomas through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education at a 37.5-hour branch role. As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will address day-to-day banking needs and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.

The work includes customer service, banking processes, digital education, documentation, and operational support. You will also build customer confidence while referring investment advice, recent accounts, and other needs to suitable staff.
