The Apprentice General Manager assists with daily restaurant operations and learns to run a solid business. You will uphold hospitality standards, lead shifts, and develop crew members. The position includes scheduling, P&L; management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as leader on duty during restaurant shifts
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and positive guest experiences
- Train and develop crew using Chipotle resources
- Deliver digital orders accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, guest-ready dining areas and food safety standards
