Miracle Studios is a recording studio in Mississauga where artists across the GTA record, mix, master and shoot their music videos under one roof. We run real studio gear, a full video setup and a team of engineers who each build their own client lists. Under new management, we’re growing fast and adding engineers who want more than a rented room and a time slot.
Our owner, has built an audience of nearly 15,000 on Instagram and a YouTube channel, and the studio’s work gets put in front of that audience. For an engineer building a name, that’s real exposure.
We run on a easy idea: the studio gives you the room, the equipment, the booking system and the brand, and you build your name and your book of clients on top of it. When we have clients to pass along, we send them your way. When you bring your own, they’re yours.
The role
It works like a barbershop. We’ll send clients when we can, but the engineers who do best bring their own artists and keep them coming back. You keep a share of every session you run.
What you’ll do
- Run recording sessions from start to finish: setup, tracking, comping and playback
- Mix and master for your own clients and the studio’s
- Log every session, payment and booking in our team portal
- Promote your work and bring in new artists through your own network and social media
What you need
- Real experience engineering vocals. A portfolio you can send us matters more than a degree.
- Comfort with a Neve-style preamp and compressor chain and a DAW such as Pro Tools, Logic or Ableton
- A good ear for mixing hip hop, R&B; and pop vocals
- A client base, or a clear plan to build one
- Basic video or content skills are a bonus
