Lead retail selling at Under Armour’s Montreal Premium Outlet as a part time Sales Keyholder, coaching teammates and supporting customer experiences.

This Sales Keyholder is an early leadership step supporting store leaders. You will drive sales, model Athlete service standards, and communicate with athletes, teammates, and leadership. The position combines advanced selling, coaching, store operations, and technical product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead selling culture and enhance customer experience
- Coach, train, and support teammates
- Open and close the store when necessary
- Support sales and retail or omni KPI achievement
- Act as leader on duty and model brand standards

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old
- High school degree or equivalent
- One or more years of retail or customer service experience
- Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
