The Counter Sales Associate serves customers while supporting sales and warehouse operations. You will submit orders, provide quotes, and educate customers about product features and benefits. Solid computer skills support efficient data entry, order processing, invoice tracking, and sales database maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers and resolve inquiries across counter, phone, and email
- Submit orders, provide quotes, and contact customers about back orders
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotional items
- Increase sales through cross selling, upselling,



and add on sales
- Input invoices and verify details to prevent shipping errors

Requirements:

- Post secondary education is an asset
- Previous order desk or sales experience is an asset
- HVAC, manufacturing, or related industry experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills for multitasking, data entry, and order processing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
