Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking a dynamic Thermal Operating Supervisor for our Lennox facility in Bath, Ontario. You will lead shift operations staff, coordinate secure and reliable plant operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operating-engineer requirements.

The role requires a 2nd Class OE certificate, Grade 12, and at least 10 years in water management or hydroelectric generation, plus 6 years of supervisory experience; strong communication with internal and external
