Vaco is seeking a Property Accountant for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on owning property financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties, performing NOI and CAPEX analysis, and managing full-cycle property accounting.

You will review leases, oversee tenant recoveries in Yardi, and support budgeting, audits, and cross-department improvements. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of commercial property accounting experience, with CPA or CPA-track as a plus.
