We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong, consistent F&I; average, a history of exceeding targets, and the drive to deliver exceptional results. You know how to close, build lender relationships, and create a customer experience that earns trust.

What you’ll do

- Lead customers through the financing process with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
- Present financing, protection products, and warranty options tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Deliver a strong F&I; average and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with lenders.
- Structure deals, secure financing approvals, and complete accurate documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to maximize opportunities.
- Follow all applicable requirements and dealership policies throughout the sales and financing process.

What you bring

- Excellent closing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, deal structuring, and protection products.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals in a busy dealership.
