Automotive Parts & Service Advisor

Saskatoon, SK | Full time | $18–$35 per hour

Squires Industrial is recruiting for a full-time automotive parts and service role in Saskatoon. This position combines front-counter customer service, service writing and parts coordination.

Automotive experience is an asset, but it is not required. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, treats people respectfully, takes initiative and is willing to learn.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome customers and respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Gather service details and help create and update work orders.
- Assist with sourcing, ordering and tracking automotive parts.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and technicians.
- Keep customers informed about service progress,



parts availability and next steps.
- Help keep records organized and work-order details accurate.
