As Service Manager, you oversee an assigned portfolio of condominium properties and lead Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Superintendent services. You build client relationships, manage staffing, and support consistent service delivery. The position requires organized ownership of operational challenges and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee service delivery across assigned condominium properties
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews
- Maintain staffing, documentation, supplies, and equipment readiness
- Communicate performance, concerns,



and improvement plans proactively
- Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and cross-training

Requirements:

- Three or more years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience supervising employees in service-oriented environments
- Experience coordinating staffing, service quality, and client relationships
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
