Working in Operations, the Pre-Launch Specialist manages complete merchant onboarding lifecycles before Post-Launch handoff. The role combines data gathering, POS configuration, installation coordination, and client engagement. You will program menus, configure online ordering, verify integrations and equipment orders, and train merchants on Shift4 products.
