This Canadian Partner Consultant manages relationships between groups, projects, and Hungry For Life’s international operations. The work includes donor-group consultation, short-term team preparation, project coordination, and ongoing communication. You will help groups define international involvement while supporting multi-year project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of donor groups suited to available time
- Initiate relationships with groups interested in international compassion
- Present international involvement options with Project Managers




- Prepare teams for short-term project-location assignments
- Lead team meetings and follow-up conversations with group leadership

Requirements:

- Minimum one year post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience with international travel and cultural interaction
- Administrative leadership experience
- Exceptional people leadership and communication skills
- Competency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
