Headlands Research seeks a Clinical Research Assistant for its Richmond Clinical Trials site. You will support Clinical Research Coordinators, Investigators, and cross-functional teams during trial execution. The work includes vital signs, phone calls, electronic data entry, and study documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist coordinators with protocol-compliant clinical trial visits
- Collect and record participant vital signs
- Make study-related phone calls and document electronic data
- Support subject screening, enrollment, and follow-up
- Verify study documentation accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

- Medical terminology and basic laboratory procedures familiarity preferred
- Direct hands-on patient care experience preferred
- Clinical research experience preferred
- Robust attention to detail and time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with participants, providers, and sponsors
