Deliver exceptional customer service as a Part-Time Retail Advisor with Clutch, using professionalism, patience, and strong attention to detail.
As an Inbound Field Specialist, you may be the only Clutch representative customers meet in person. You will welcome customers, build genuine connections, and support online vehicle purchases and sales. Clutch will teach you automotive knowledge, while customer experience remains central to your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with warm, personal, and professional service
- Understand customer needs and create memorable experiences
- Handle questions, concerns, and unexpected situations thoughtfully
- Complete appointments, paperwork, and customer tracking notes accurately
- Inspect vehicles and document condition carefully
Requirements:
- Two or more years of customer-facing experience
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract without major infractions
- Clean criminal background check
- Part time weekday and weekend availability
