Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns with enthusiasm
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items to complement beverage offerings




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is highly preferred; strong serving skills are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
- Familiarity with the food industry’s safety protocols and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and solid communication abilities
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory checks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire is desirable
