At De Mello Coffee, we believe our coffee may give you superpowers. We’re an award-winning specialty coffee company with four cafés across Toronto, and we’re looking for energetic, curious, big-hearted baristas to join the crew.

It Would Be Awesome If You Have...

- At least 6 months of professional barista experience
- Strong espresso and milk steaming skills
- Ability to pour a latte art heart (fancier shapes are a bonus!)
- Strong English communication skills. Our baristas chat with guests all day, take orders, share recommendations and work closely with the team, so being able to communicate clearly and comfortably in English is a must
- Excellent customer service and teamwork
- A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine love of hospitality
- Flexibility to hop between our four locations when the team needs you
- Eligibility to work in Canada

Extra Sparkle

- Living near Eglinton or Bloor-Yonge Station
- A valid Food Handler Certificate
