The Beauty

Manager manages department resources to maximize sales targets at 410 Richmond Road. The role combines cosmetic experience, sales leadership, and customer-focused service. You will develop selling techniques, coach staff, monitor results, and support the PC Optimum program while working with store management.

Key Responsibilities: Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards Sell products and coach staff in selling skills Monitor customer service survey results and objectives Book event appointments and manage annual event schedules Mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate beauty department staff Requirements: Sales experience with proven sales goal achievement Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation Previous experience leading a team Effective verbal and written communication skills Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities Bring cosmetic sales, customer service, and team leadership skills to manage beauty resources at Shoppers Drug Mart Ottawa.
