This Project Manager delivers moderate to high complexity projects through BGIS methodology and Stage Gates. The position coordinates clients, operations, technical services, consultants, contractors, and account teams. Success requires managing scope, schedules, budgets, regulatory requirements, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, deliverables, requirements, resources, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor delivery, risks, timelines, change orders, and contingency spending
- Coordinate project contributors and BGIS account team departments
- Provide accurate updates, escalations, dashboards, reports, and approvals




- Manage vendor contracts, site meetings, closeout, and operational handover

Requirements:

- Community college diploma in architectural, construction, or engineering technology
- Three to five years of project management work experience
- Proven budget management and project risk mitigation experience
- Robust communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn applications
