Lead bilingual warehouse operations in Spanish and English, supervising seasonal watermelon handling in Norfolk County and year-round work in Mississauga.

This full time Warehouse Supervisor role supports agricultural operations from July through September, then warehouse activities in Mississauga. You will coordinate employees, monitor productivity, and reinforce quality and safety. The position includes communication with management, transportation personnel, and other stakeholders. Accommodation is provided during the Norfolk County assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise watermelon sorting, grading, packing, palletizing, and trailer loading
- Assign tasks and coordinate staffing around production requirements
- Train employees and communicate instructions in Spanish and English
- Monitor attendance, productivity, quality,



schedules, and operational records
- Support receiving, storage, order preparation, loading, and dispatch

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of produce handling, food safety, and workplace safety
- Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak harvest periods
