Williams Machinery is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Kelowna branch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Parts, Service, Rentals, and Yard Operations
- Support daily branch operations through customer inquiries, transactions, shipping and receiving activities, inventory coordination, and administrative support
- Support inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Assist with work orders, quotations, invoicing, and rental documentation
- Coordinate rental equipment preparation, inspections, returns, and customer handovers
- Maintain accurate records within dealership systems and OEM platforms
- Ensure equipment, warehouse, and yard areas are organized, safe, and presentation ready
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support efficient branch operations




- Promote a strong safety culture and participate in branch safety initiatives

- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping customers and teammates
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Equally comfortable working at a desk, in the warehouse, or around equipment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in a dealership, equipment, automotive, industrial, logistics, rental, or similar operational environment is an asset
- Strong aptitude for learning current software, business systems, and OEM platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
