Job Overview

We’re seeking an engaging, customer-focused Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at events, retail locations, and community activations. In this role, you’ll introduce customers to our products, create positive experiences, and help build brand awareness. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating product benefits, and working in a lively, public-facing environment.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Represent the brand accurately and positively at events, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Conduct product demos and explain product features and benefits.
- Support sales by answering questions, helping customers make informed choices, and directing them to purchase options.
- Provide attentive customer service and respond to customer feedback or concerns.
- Help set up, maintain, and pack down promotional displays and event materials.




- Share customer insights and activity updates with the team.
- Follow brand guidelines and event procedures.

Skills

- Robust communication skills, including the ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
- Confidence with public speaking and engaging groups or individuals.
- Interest or experience in marketing, promotions, or brand representation.
- A customer-oriented approach and enthusiasm for sales.
- Food service experience is helpful, particularly for roles involving food or beverage demonstrations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Dependability, professionalism, and comfort working in a fast-paced, public-facing setting.

Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
