You will be a key presence with our broker partners: developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth through the channels that matter most. A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based environment Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset Bonus Points For Familiarity with the Ontario broker market Experience delivering product training in person or virtually Background in insurance, automotive finance,
