We are looking for a Building Supplies/Flooring Store Sales Manager. The right candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of building supplies and hardware. Must be able to provide easy insight on trades from flooring, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and finishing.
You will be responsible for managing quotas of all sales associates as well as coaching to increase sales within the store. Ideal candidates will have flooring installation/product knowledge and are preferred as we specialize in flooring products.
Salary will be determined on sales output with commission incentives.
Day to Day
-be a primary product knowledge resource for the team/customers
-negotiate with clients on larger sales quotes
-manage sales associate quotas
- identify supplemental products necessary to complete the customers’ projects
- maintaining displays and merchandising
- processing sales
- general store upkeep
We are looking for someone who can work Full Time with immediate availability. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
