Raise is hiring this Senior Manager for a 12-month contract with one of its top clients. The position manages Enterprise Platform Services agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, service schedules, statements of work, service orders, and maintenance coverage. It combines contract review, financial analysis, vendor evaluation, and supplier risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for EPS contract requirements
- Negotiate consulting services agreements and service contracts
- Renew contracts at least 30 days before expiry




- Evaluate vendors and analyze supplier quotes
- Optimize supplier footprint and report on KPIs

Requirements:

- Undergraduate technical degree or equivalent qualification
- Five years of contract negotiation experience
- Contract review experience, including SLA and cost assessments
- Legal or procurement background with financial analysis experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and robust communication skills
