As a Business Development Manager - Mill Liners (Western Canada & US) you will drive growth across key mining markets in British Columbia, Alaska, Nevada, and Arizona . In this role, you will promote mill liners, wear solutions, screens, and trommels , working closely with Mill Managers, Maintenance Managers, and other key stakeholders across mine sites and process plants.

Description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining and mineral processing sector.
- Promote a portfolio of solutions including Mill Liners, wear products, screening solutions, and trommels .
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow the company's presence across Western Canada & US markets.
- Territory includes - British Columbia, Alaska, Nevada, and Arizona.
- Grow existing accounts while proactively identifying new customers and applications.
- Understand customer's operational, maintenance, and wear challenges and work collaboratively to identify appropriate solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, mine-site visits, technical discussions, and commercial presentations.
- Represent the organization at relevant mining conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Profile

- Overall, 5+ years of relevant sales experience within the mining or mineral processing sectors.
- Knowledge of products such as mill liners, wear products, screens, trommels, or related mineral processing equipment would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with Mill Managers & Maintenance Managers is highly relevant.
- Strong technical and consultative selling capabilities.
- Robust presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Offer

- A competitive base salary ranging from $150000 to $170000 CAD annually plus Bonuses .
