Job Overview

Business Development Field Specialist

CureConnect Ltd. | New Brunswick | Full-Time

Build relationships. Create opportunities. Improve access to healthcare.

CureConnect Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, bilingual Business Development Field Specialist to help expand our presence, develop strategic partnerships, and connect more patients and healthcare providers with the services they need.

CureConnect is a growing healthcare services company focused on simplifying access to care through Patient Support Programs, insurance navigation, blood work collection centers, and convenient community-based collection services.

We work alongside healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners to reduce administrative barriers, improve patient access, and bring essential services closer to the communities that need them.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, building genuine professional relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning those opportunities into measurable business growth.

If you have a healthcare background, a sales mindset, and the confidence to represent a growing company, this could be the opportunity for you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Business Development Field Specialist, you will play an important role in expanding CureConnect’s network and driving growth across our service lines.

This is an active, field-based position that requires regular travel, face-to-face meetings, relationship building, and a proactive approach to business development.

You will represent CureConnect in the healthcare community, introduce our services to potential partners, develop new referral relationships, and help establish CureConnect as a trusted resource for healthcare providers and patients across New Brunswick.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Business Development & Growth

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across New Brunswick.

Promote CureConnect’s Patient Support Programs, including patient enrollment support, insurance coverage investigations, prior authorizations, reimbursement navigation, and treatment access coordination.

Introduce and promote CureConnect’s blood work collection centers and mobile and home blood collection services.

Build referral networks and develop partnerships that generate sustainable business and increase service utilization.

Identify opportunities with medical clinics, specialist offices, family practices, pharmacies, healthcare organizations, and other relevant partners.

Develop relationships with pharmaceutical industry stakeholders and organizations that may benefit from patient support and treatment access services.

Present CureConnect’s services clearly and professionally, demonstrating how we can support providers, streamline administrative processes,

and improve the patient experience.

Field Sales & Relationship Management

Conduct in-person visits, introductory meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with healthcare professionals and prospective partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinic managers, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare decision-makers.

Maintain a consistent field visit schedule and proactively identify new opportunities within assigned territories.

Follow up on leads, convert opportunities into active partnerships, and maintain ongoing engagement with existing accounts.

Represent CureConnect at healthcare conferences, industry events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and follow-through.

Strategy, Reporting & Collaboration

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, opportunities, and referral sources.

Track outreach, meetings, leads, conversions, and business development results.

Provide regular updates on territory activity, market opportunities, and growth progress.

Collaborate with CureConnect leadership and operations teams to identify service gaps, improve processes, and support expansion.

Gather market feedback and identify opportunities to expand services into underserved and rural communities.

Help develop and execute practical strategies to increase awareness, referrals, and revenue across CureConnect’s service lines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is confident, personable, organized, and motivated by results. You know how to open doors, build trust, and turn a first conversation into a lasting professional relationship.

Required qualifications

Fully bilingual in English and French, spoken and written.

Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical services, patient support programs, medical devices, pharmacy, or a related field.

Demonstrated sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle for regular field travel.

Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories and conduct frequent in-person visits.

Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage your schedule independently.

A qualified, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.

Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools used for tracking leads and managing accounts.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward measurable growth objectives.

Additional assets

Experience with pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs (PSPs).

Knowledge of private insurance coverage, reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, and treatment access pathways.

Established relationships within the healthcare community in New Brunswick.

Experience developing referral networks with medical clinics, specialist practices, and pharmacies.

Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, or healthcare service providers.

Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in rural and underserved communities.

WHAT WE OFFER

Starting salary of $55,000 annually, based on the role's starting compensation.

Full-time employment with an opportunity to grow alongside an expanding healthcare company.

A dynamic, relationship-driven role with variety, autonomy, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

The opportunity to help shape CureConnect’s growth and develop new healthcare partnerships.

A collaborative environment where initiative, ideas, and results are valued.

The chance to contribute to services that make healthcare more accessible for patients and healthcare professionals.

This is a field-based position requiring regular travel. Candidates must have a valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle. Any applicable travel or mileage reimbursement arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

WHO WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

You are someone who can walk into a clinic, confidently introduce yourself, understand the needs of the practice, and explain how CureConnect can help.

You enjoy meeting new people, building connections, following through on commitments, and seeing the results of your efforts. You are comfortable working independently, managing your territory, and taking ownership of your goals.

Most importantly, you understand that successful healthcare business development is built on trust, service, and relationships—not just sales.

READY TO GROW WITH US?

If you’re passionate about healthcare, relationship building, and creating opportunities that make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Please submit your résumé and a brief introduction to [email protected].
