Support NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, and HubSpot from BuildDirect’s Vancouver team, improving business system stability and accuracy independently. This full-time position emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting.

As a Business Systems Support Specialist, you will support ERP, integrations, ecommerce, CRM, and Microsoft 365 systems. Your work will keep workflows operating across orders, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting. You will also improve configurations, data quality, and integration reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily workflow health across connected business systems

Troubleshoot issues affecting orders, inventory, and invoicing

Monitor Celigo flows and resolve integration errors

Configure roles, workflows, dashboards,



and custom fields

Build runbooks and document integration logic clearly

Requirements

Three or more years supporting business systems or integrations

NetSuite administration or solid power-user experience

Celigo or other iPaaS troubleshooting experience

Strong Excel, CSV, and data reconciliation skills

Independent learning and execution capabilities
