Senior engineer for enterprise platform work — Node, Postgres, React, AWS. Full time, in-person at our Concord, ON studio.
You will own client builds end-to-end — from architecture through deployment — alongside two other senior engineers and a project manager. Expect to lead one client at a time with full scope: schema, API, frontend, infra, and the conversations with the customer about what is realistic and when. We work in two-week sprints with weekly customer demos. The role reports to the founder.

02 Strong with Type Script, Node, Postgres, and one modern React-based framework (Next.js preferred)
03 Comfortable owning AWS (ECS / Fargate, RDS, S3, Cloud Front) without an SRE backstop
04 Track record of shipping software that customers depend on — not side projects
05 Direct, written communicator. We work asynchronously by default during deep-work windows.
