Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent position of 40 hours per week. The schedule allows for some flexibility, though evening and weekend availability is required.

As a Product Advisor, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Chrysler brand. Welcome and assist customers in a professional, engaging manner, whether in store, by phone, or through online inquiries
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Present pricing and financing options, and help structure deals alongside management
Maintain consistent, accurate follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships
Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure a smooth handover experience
Continuously build product knowledge and stay current on OEM features, technology, and market trends
Contribute to team success through a positive attitude and strong work ethic Success in this role depends on consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build customer trust.
What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required
Eligible to obtain a VSA licence
Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends, averaging 40 hours per week
Strong work ethic with high energy and motivation to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer focused, with the ability to build rapport and trust
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and follow up consistently
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast paced sales environment
