We are a family-owned grocery store specializing in Indian groceries, fresh produce, spices, snacks, sweets, frozen foods, and everyday household essentials. We pride ourselves on providing quality products, friendly customer service, and a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and replenish products as needed.
- Ensure shelves are clean, properly labelled, and well presented.
- Check product expiry dates and rotate inventory regularly.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and organizing the stockroom.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and checkout areas.
- Help customers locate products and answer basic product inquiries.




- Assist with preparing customer orders and gift baskets when required.
- Support daily store operations and complete tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Previous grocery or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise safely.
- Familiarity with Indian grocery products is an asset.
- Versatile availability, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
