Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier to support a positive customer experience in a retail environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling transactions, answering questions, and helping customers find products. Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is helpful; familiarity with technology sales or product demonstrations is a plus. Multilingual and bilingual applicants are welcome.

Duties

- Greet customers and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit.
- Process purchases, returns, and other transactions accurately using a POS system.
- Handle cash and other forms of payment responsibly, and maintain an organized checkout area.
- Answer product questions and direct customers to appropriate items or team members.
- Support retail sales by explaining product features, conducting product demos, and making relevant recommendations.
- Use upselling techniques thoughtfully to help customers identify products that meet their needs.
- Assist with merchandising, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining clear product displays.




- Follow store procedures and communicate customer needs or transaction issues to the appropriate team member.

Skills

- Customer service, communication skills, and professional phone etiquette.
- Cashiering, cash handling, POS operation, and basic math.
- Retail sales and sales skills, including upselling and product demos.
- Interest or experience in technology sales; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Merchandising and attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- English proficiency; bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
