The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating resources, managing contractual obligations, monitoring costs,



and maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. You’ll have the autonomy to make informed decisions, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and execution.
Responsibilities Lead project delivery: Review drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and construction plans before mobilization to ensure projects are properly prepared for execution.
Manage schedules and milestones: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and implement adjustments to maintain alignment with contractual deadlines and client expectations.
Drive financial performance: Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, progress billings, and financial reporting in collaboration with site teams and accounting.
Oversee contracts and commercial matters: Manage contractual obligations, review
