Overview

Pour Decisions is coming to Airdrie, and we are building our kitchen team! We are looking for experienced kitchen staff, and a creative chef to contribute to building a menu, and build the kitchen with us!

We are seeking dependable Chef/Line Cooks to prepare quality meals and support smooth, welcoming food service. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, stays organized in the kitchen, and works well with the rest of the team. Food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience is preferred.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and complete food preparation and meal preparation according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Cook menu items consistently, following timing, portion, and presentation guidelines.
- Set up and maintain an organized workstation before, during, and after service.
- Follow food safety and food handling practices, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation.
- Coordinate with kitchen teammates to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently.
- Support serving and other food service tasks as needed.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils,



and work areas in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor ingredients and supplies, and communicate when items need replenishing.
- Help maintain a respectful, safe, and collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Cooking, food preparation, and meal preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
- Food service experience, restaurant experience, kitchen experience
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and sanitation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organization.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
