Position Overview:

Under the direction and supervision of Head of Temple Claims, the Claims Analyst is responsible for claims administrative duties for the Temple Claims Department will:

- Support Claims department reporting (including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting) obligations
- Data entry duties related to claims systems
- Facilitate communications with MGA partners (i.e. scheduling, responding to queries)
- Create and Distribute Large Loss Reports to Senior Management
- Assist with Claim Tracking and Claims Bordereau Submissions
- Analyze Claims data and identify trends
- System testing and support
- Process management
- Subrogation/deductible recovery administration
- Additional tasks/projects as required by management
- Support Claims Assistant(s), including:
- New Claims – Intake, Policy Verification, New Claim File Set Up And Distribution
- Payment Processing
- Receipt/Distribution Daily Mail

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications

- College or University degree.
- 5 years of experience in Insurance (Claims)/Financial Services
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Power BI) and an aptitude for computer systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- CIP not required, but preferred.
