The position combines clinic flow management, healthcare-partner communication, inventory oversight, and patient guidance. You will also manage documentation and insurance paperwork while administering HSAT testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment scheduling and triage referrals
- Communicate clearly with doctors and healthcare partners
- Manage inventory and sleep test equipment
- Set up and administer HSAT procedures
- Complete insurance paperwork and daily documentation

Requirements:

- Three-plus years’ Canadian administration or clinical support experience
- Calm, decisive performance in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Daily Maple Ridge commuting and Saturday availability
