Fraser Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Therapeutic Recreation, Residential Services. Under administrative direction, you will plan, implement, and evaluate services while supervising designated staff. The position supports resident treatment programs, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and quality standards. You will also provide clinical guidance and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily Therapeutic Recreation activities and staff schedules
- Supervise designated staff, audits, training, and evaluations




- Assess residents and implement individual or group treatment plans
- Review documentation and maintain charting standards
- Develop policies, procedures, programs, and quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation
- Three years recent related Therapeutic Recreation experience
- One year recent related supervisory experience
- Eligibility for British Columbia Therapeutic Recreation Association membership
- Successful Foodsafe Level 1 completion
