Role: Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst (ACBS)

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS) or other Commercial Lending platforms to support client-facing implementation and consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Define functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
- Support system integrations, custom enhancements, and system conversions.
- Develop test plans and test cases and perform system, integration, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with developers and clients to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with financial institutions and commercial loan servicing/lending solutions.
- Direct functional or technical experience with ACBS or similar commercial lending platforms.
- Experience with end-to-end software implementation and system conversions.
- Robust analytical, documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Flexibility to work across US and European time zones.
