Job Title: Commodity Material Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Manage strategic supplier relationships and commodity supply.
- Analyze demand, supply, and capacity reports to identify risks.
- Drive lead-time reduction, capacity expansion, and on-time delivery improvements.
- Resolve supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, planning, finance, and suppliers.
- Report supply risks, performance, and mitigation plans to leadership.

Must-Haves:

- Proven large-scale commodity management experience ( mandatory ).
- Direct vendor management and strategic supplier ownership.
- Solid supply chain, demand, and capacity planning expertise.
- Experience improving lead times, supplier capacity, and OTD.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- High-tech industry experience required.

Preferred:

- Hyperscale data center or cloud infrastructure experience.
- Aerospace or automotive experience with strong large-scale commodity management.
