We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead concrete formwork and placement activities on active construction projects. This hands-on leadership role coordinates crews, materials, schedules, and site safety to ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong construction experience, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams and field personnel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate concrete crews, subcontractors, and daily field activities.
- Plan and oversee formwork, reinforcing, concrete placement, finishing, and related work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to support project schedules and avoid delays.
- Monitor workmanship and perform quality control checks to confirm work meets project requirements.
- Promote secure work practices, identify hazards, and address site concerns promptly.
- Track progress, document field activities, and communicate updates to project management.
