As a Business Development Representative, you will support Healthcare, Education, and Industrial markets. Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, you will work with Owners, General Contractors, Developers, architects, and a cross-functional Fire Protection and Infrastructure selling team. Your focus includes London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate opportunities with contractors, owners, and developers

Drive product adoption through strategic introductions and relationship building

Discuss technical requirements and collaborate on specification updates





Coordinate stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

Present product solutions and business cases to decision-makers

Requirements

Extensive construction industry experience in Southwest Ontario

Sales experience managing relationships and complex sales cycles

Technical aptitude for specifications and technical problem-solving

Solid process management, communication, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel throughout the region
