As Integration Management Office Lead, you will keep teams, systems, and processes moving according to plan. The position requires post-merger integration or program management experience, solid organization, and comfort across finance, operations, HR, and IT. You will maintain visibility from workstream owners through senior leadership and the board.

Key Responsibilities: Own the integration plan across eight named workstreams

Run weekly trackers and workstream check-ins

Lead bi-weekly steering committee meetings

Identify slippage and resolve cross-workstream conflicts

Report progress, risks, and value delivered

Requirements: Fully bilingual in English and French

Post-merger integration or program management experience

Experience with small or mid-sized services or industrial companies

Comfort across finance, operations, HR, and IT

Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
